By creating a Tinydark account and accessing our websites or downloading our apps, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and may be protected by trademark law.

You agree that Tinydark Studio will not under any circumstances be liable for any user content, including, but not limited to, errors in any user content, or any loss or damage incurred by use of user content.
Tinydark Studio reserves the right to remove and permanently delete Your Content from the Service with or without notice for any reason or no reason. Unless otherwise provided through software, such as a Delete button, you must petition us to remove any submitted content. We may deny this request for any reason.
4. Expectation of Good Will and Behavior
You agree to not willingly "troll", "grief", "spam", or otherwise disrupt the system or players for any reason that is not explicitly allowed by the game rules. You agree to not threaten or verbally abuse other members.
You agree to not exploit, distribute or publicly inform other members of any game error or bug which gives an unintended advantage; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or promote or encourage illegal activity including, but not limited to, hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software, compromised accounts, or cheats or hacks for the Service. You agree to report any security or game errors to us if you are made aware of them, be it through someone else or through your own discovery.
5. Refund Policy
Generally, Tinydark Studio does not offer refunds. We intentionally employ systems that require conscious acknowledgement of purchase, such as prepaid plans over automatically recurring subscriptions. By making a purchase you acknowledge that Tinydark Studio is not required to refund amounts you pay for the use of Tinydark games or for digital purchases made through the platform for any reason.
If you purchase content in our games and believe we did not properly describe what it is you're buying, we're happy to amend the content description and offer a refund or replacement currency. Unused pre-purchased game time may be transferred to another player. To see whether you are eligible for an exception or to request a refund or transfer, contact support@tinydark.com.
6. Age Restrictions
You must be 13 years or older to sign up for a Tinydark account or play our games as an unregistered 'guest' user. We never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 16, and no part of our website is specifically structured to attract anyone under the age of 16. Those who are under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian's permission to register.
